How the rich will live (and eat) when there's ecosystem collapse and other various gruesome outcomes of extreme wealth inequality and post-apocolyptic conditions. Some passages are not for the faint of heart and ones I can never scrub from my brain. The plebes will eat whatever they can get their hands on - which isn't much - while the rich get their pick. And what they choose is sometimes pretty disturbing. But the food scenes are not the only unsettling passages.
