Daughter of the Morning Star

I went through a spate of reading Craig Johnson years ago - actually I discovered and fell in love with him and Louise Penny at about the same time, and read their books as soon as I could lay hands on them. Then I stopped reading his and I'm not sure why.

But it was nice to hop back in the saddle again, so to speak. I realize I've missed the Wyoming lawman Walt Longmire with his best friend Henry Standing Bear - "the Cheyenne Nation" - and big dog Dog. 

This particular volume is dense with Native American lore and connections. An excellent read. I'll be looking for more.... again.
