This one had a lot more room to breathe than any of The Dresden Files books have had in a long time.
After the last two books, that’s a damn good thing; there was so much trauma and destruction that Harry really did (and still does) need time to process things and find a new equilibrium. He does find some of that here, but there’s clearly still a lot more to go.
